- Vacuum below 35 mmHg — dense surfaces without bubbles.
- Sixty user programs — your firings, saved.
- 10–100 °C per minute — you control the rate through the whole cycle.
Porcelain firing is about repeating exactly the same cycle every time. The F30 holds the vacuum throughout the firing with double valves, and the temperature compensation makes program number sixty run like program number one. The chamber has double metal layers with their own vacuum path and the elements sit protected in quartz tubes — the design that keeps the heat even and the elements intact. Built-in programs for vacuum test, cleaning and drying turn maintenance into the press of a button.
Key features
Double-vented vacuum
Down below 35 mmHg throughout the firing. It is the vacuum that gives dense surfaces without bubbles.
Temperature compensation
The furnace compensates for drift. The same cycle gives the same result after a thousand firings.
Quartz tubes around the elements
Protected elements heat more evenly and last longer.
Double-layered chamber
Metal jacket with its own vacuum path. Better insulation and a more stable temperature.
Sixty user programs
Room for the entire material range.
Built-in maintenance programs
Vacuum test, cleaning and drying are started from the panel.
Modular design
Service is carried out on site instead of the furnace having to be shipped away.
