- Built for hybrid abutments — zirconia to titanium base.
- Survives the autoclave — the bond holds after 130 °C.
- Comes apart again — one hour at 300 °C releases the restoration.
- Six shades. 8 g.
A hybrid abutment is bonded once and has to hold for the life of the restoration. With HugeBond, TopCEM reaches 42 MPa against the titanium base, and still measures 31 after five thousand thermal cycles.
The autoclave makes no difference. After fifteen minutes at 130 °C the bond still measures 33 MPa, so the work can be sterilised before it leaves the lab.
And if something has to be redone, it can be: one hour at 300 °C in the fast-sintering furnace releases the restoration cleanly from the CoCr post.
The film is thirteen microns, so the fit is the one you tried in. PTHP keeps the shade identical before and after curing — the grey of the titanium base does not come through.
