Who is eligible for support?

Our customers!

To receive support, you must be certified by JB Nordic for the product you are seeking support for. You are always certified in connection with the purchase of the machine or through separate training. The certificates are personal and cannot be transferred.

What are the opening hours?

Our opening hours are weekdays, excluding holidays, between 08.30-16.30 with closed for lunch 12.00-13.00.

Who is handling my case?

Our support staff are trained dental technicians and are authorized and certified for all the products we sell.

How quickly can I get my problem fixed?

90% of our support cases are resolved directly via remote control, remotely (start remote control). Some cases are more complicated and require more time.

If we cannot help remotely, the problem is usually mechanical and requires repair and you return your machine to us. Getting your machine returned, repaired and returned takes between two to six weeks depending on the extent of the problem.

Training

We get you started and assist with continuing education whenever you need it. If you have new staff, we make sure they get certified! A training plan is always drawn up together with you before the training starts.

In-house repairs and spare parts minimize downtime

JB Nordic has a specially equipped service workshop with a large spare parts warehouse to be able to offer quality and fast repairs. All our technicians are certified and have been trained by the respective machine supplier. With us you are in safe hands when you leave your machine for service or repair. We provide a one-year warranty on all replaced parts.
